Klara Phillips managed the addition to our Burbank home, which turned into a complete remodel. She transformed our dilapidated 1939 960' sq foot Lockheed home into a 1,783 sq ft masterpiece. Since my husband and I both work full-time and have various volunteer responsibilities, as well as parenting young children, we really needed someone who could fully supervise this project. Klara completely immersed herself - she interviewed contractors and architects, dealt with city building permits, spent hours with vendors on our behalf and was willing to burn the midnight oil, via phone and email, while we reviewed, selected then reviewed again our choices.
